Welcome to Daily Catch, a free game made by Gob Industries. By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

Playing the game

• The game is free and supported by advertising.
• Each day has one ranked run per player. Archive days can be played for fun and don’t count toward rankings.
• An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

Fair play

Every ranked run is replayed on our server. Please don’t cheat: no bots, scripts, automation, tampering with the game, exploiting bugs, or creating many players to manipulate leaderboards. We may remove runs, hide players from leaderboards, or block access to keep the game fair.

Display names

Pick a name that’s friendly. Don’t use names that are offensive, hateful, impersonate others, or include personal information. We may change or remove names that break these rules.

Our content

The game, its art, sound, code and name are owned by Gob Industries. You may share screenshots and your daily results. Please don’t copy or redistribute the game itself.

Ads and third-party links

The game shows ads from Google and links to other sites. We aren’t responsible for third-party content, products or services.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time, including leaderboards, stats and accounts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gob Industries isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $10 USD.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
