About Daily Catch
Daily Catch is a free daily fishing game. Every day, everyone in the world gets the same water, the same weather and the same fish to chase. You get five casts to land it.
How it works
- Read the day. Each day takes place at one of twelve Pacific Northwest lakes, rivers, coasts and reservoirs, with real weather when it’s available. Everyone fishes for the same species.
- Pick a spot, lure and depth. Weedbeds, rocky points, drop-offs, current seams: match the fish and the water tells you you’re on them.
- Work the lure. Twitch it steadily to draw a strike, then set the hook on the hard dip, not the nibbles.
- Win the fight. Reel, ease off before the line snaps, steer against runs, and let go when it jumps.
- Compare. Size is luck of the day; landing it is skill. Share your catch and see where you rank.
A new day starts at midnight wherever you are. Miss one? Play it from the archive.
